Update – Direct Payments issue now resolved


A spokesperson for Plymouth City Council said: “We are pleased to report that the issue of delays with Direct Payments to some service users as a result of national problems with RBS and Nat West, has now been resolved.

“The missing BACS file from RBS/Nat West has now been received and credited to service users’ accounts.

“The delay was caused at a national level and was beyond the Council’s control.”
