Traffic restrictions for Plymouth Pride

Some traffic restrictions will be in place for the Plymouth Pride parade on Saturday.

The parade will leave North Cross at midday and make its way through the city centre to the festival on the Hoe.

To ensure the safety of everyone taking part, as well as other road users, Royal Parade will also be closed to all traffic while the parade passes through. This is expected to be from around 12.15pm until around 12.45pm.

Traffic will also be temporarily halted on Mayflower Street, Princess Street, Notte Street, the Armada Way ‘loop’ and Citadel Road to allow the parade to pass.

All roads around the city centre are expected to be very busy on Saturday, particularly during the parade – please allow extra time for your journeys.
