Buy a Skipper bus ticket from Monday 16 March and you could be in with a chance of winning £20 worth of Love2Shop vouchers.

The Skipper is a multi-operator bus ticket that gives you the freedom to travel in and around Plymouth all day for just £4.

The ticket allows unlimited travel throughout the city and in surrounding areas including Torpoint, Saltash, Roborough, Langage, Ivybridge, Wembury and Heybrook Bay.

Fares are just £4 for an adult and £3 for a child (up to and including the age of 18) and tickets can be bought on board all First Devon and Cornwall, Plymouth Citybus, Target Travel, Jackett’s Coaches, Tally Ho and Stagecoach Devon buses in Plymouth, as well as the St Budeaux Taxibus.

If you take a photo of your Skipper ticket and tweet it with the hashtag #skippercomp on the day of purchase you will be entered into that day’s prize draw. There will be £20 worth of vouchers up for grabs each day from Monday 16 March to Friday 10 April.

Love2Shop vouchers are redeemable in most high street shops and some restaurants.

Councillor Mark Coker, Cabinet Member for Transport, said: “If you have lots of places to get to in one day the Skipper offers great value and flexibility. It’s also a brilliant way to explore the city and surrounding areas. With a chance to win shopping vouchers too it could save you even more – so snap your Skipper!”

Richard Stevens, Managing Director of Plymouth Citybus, said: “We are delighted to participate in this competition. There are always great benefits to buying a Skipper bus ticket and now bus passengers have a chance to win £20 of vouchers as well!”
