Drivers heading south along Outland Road (towards the city centre) are advised there will be an extra lane closure next week.
Work to install new gullies and a new pedestrian crossing are being carried out as part of the Outland Road Junction Improvement Scheme.
The nearside lane will be temporarily closed along a short section, from the pedestrian crossing outside Morrisons to the left-turn exit from Torr Lane.
The closure will be in place for one week, from 9.30am on Monday 9 January. There will also be a footway closure, with a signed diversion.
With the ongoing lane closure further along, near Ham Drive (where works are being finished on the central reserve) drivers are warned to expect delays, especially at peak times. The lane near Ham Drive is expected to re-open in two to three weeks.
Please allow extra time for journeys or, if possible, use alternative routes while this essential work is carried out.
