Nails, natter and IT chatter at Efford Library

Efford Library is hosting a drop-in event on Wednesday 28 January where people can get the lowdown on using their tablets and other digital devices and find out how to get free e-books and e-magazines.

‘Nails, Natter and IT Chatter’ will run from 9am until 11am and will also include mini-manicures from Carla Pomeroy Nails and Fifty Shades Hair and Beauty, as well as free refreshments.

There will be a Spot the Dog storytime at 10am to keep little ones busy while you enjoy some pampering and staff will show you how to download the latest titles straight to your gadget using your library card.

The Timebank team will also be on hand to talk about volunteering and there will be information about the library’s work club, which takes place every Thursday morning from 10am until midday.

The event is supported by Plymouth Community Homes, Learn Direct and Working Links. Anyone who isn’t yet a library member can join for free on the day.
