Election Review: how to submit evidence

If you were affected by electoral administration problems in the lead-up to the General Election on 8 June 2017 we would welcome your feedback which will be considered as part of an independent investigation.

You can do this through an online feedback form at www.plymouth.gov.uk/electionreview or by clicking on the homepage banner on the Council website.

If you need support to access the online feedback form you can visit a Plymouth library and staff will help with access. Libraries also offer free WiFi access.

For anyone unable to access the online feedback form or seek support from a library, please call 01752 398959 to book a call-back from a member of staff who will complete the form with you over the phone.

The investigation will be led by Dr Dave Smith, former Chief Executive of Sunderland City Council, and all feedback received will be directly forwarded to him and collectively considered as part of the independent review.

Dr Smith will present the findings and recommendations from his investigation to a meeting of the full Council within the next few months.

The Council is providing all data and information about the administration of the elections process to the investigation. This includes all complaints and contact from members of the public.

The call for evidence is open from 11am on Thursday 15 June and will close at 5pm on Friday 30th June 2017.

See our previous story for more information about the investigation.
