Celebrate International Women’s Day at Life Centre

Our Sports Development Unit is teaming up with Everyone Active to celebrate International Women’s Day with a range of free taster sessions at the Plymouth Life Centre for ladies of all ages.

The sessions are being held on Sunday 6 March and everyone who signs up to take part in an activity will be entered into a free draw, with prizes including a free gym membership, fitness watch, yoga mat, gym bag and towel and various beauty products up for grabs. They will also get a free hot drink from the café.

We want to encourage as many females as possible to get active so grab your trainers and take along your daughter, friend, grandmother – it’s all absolutely free. And it’s Mother’s Day too!

There will be various women’s health related information stands supported by NHS Livewell Southwest, Active Devon County Sports Partnership and Race for Life. A crèche will also be available from 1.30pm to 4.30pm.
